Research regarding the influence of different printing strategies on the mechanical characteristics of some FDM manufactured structures

The aim of this paper is to present a study we already performed regarding the mechanical behaviour different structures for infill patterns obtained by fused deposition modelling (FDM). This time, authors used factors (10%, 30% and 60%) printed pattern strategies (diamond, honeycomb, linear, wiggle), after which with above parameters were evaluated from point view identify optimal variant, because printing conditions play an important role, as they can particularly influence properties 3D that be used, example, device (instrument) housing or functional tests. experimental determinations at Laboratory Ultra-precise Systems Precision Mechanics UPB observe how correlated characteristics manufactured structures.
